How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and dispatched on the same working day if payment has been received by 1PM. Standard delivery take 3-5 working days subject to customs clearance. We are not responsible for your country’s custom/laws pertaining items coming in or extra costs incurred when item is received.
What are your delivery charges?
Prices for wholesale include shipping and anything extra at checkout is a service fee to cover costs.
When do you deliver?
Standard delivery is by courier, within 2-3 working days of your order, with delivery between 8am and 6pm. If any products you've requested aren't in stock, we'll email you to let you know.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide!
Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout, if the country you're ordering from does not appear, please email us us at email@example.com with the items you would like to order, we will then provide you with a manual quotation.
Can I send items to more than one address?
We're happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own, and during the checkout process you'll be given the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket. (Opting for multiple delivery addresses will incur additional delivery charges.)
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5.30pm. If the recipient isn't in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel. Please call the contact number on the card to either agree a convenient delivery time or arrange collection directly from their depot. After three failed delivery attempts your items will be returned to our warehouse.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 267-748-4766, and we will be more than happy to help.
Orders, Delivers, and Services During the COVID Pandemic
Can I place an order? Will you deliver the package?
Yes, Nourished Healings activities are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual and our selection of items available for shipping may be temporarily reduced. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and in checkout. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools). We're continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory, but some products may currently take longer to ship.
Can I still make returns?
Yes. We are still processing returns. Simply send us and email on email@example.com.
Is it safe to receive orders?

Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?
Yes. Nourished Healings' delivery partners (UPS, USPS) have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
Is Nourished Healing still delivering Large and Bulky items?

Return & Exchange Policies
Can I return my order for a refund?
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Items which have been opened can be returned only if there is an issue with the content. Send the remaining product and packing back for a refund. Click here to read our refund policy.
